From Monday 29th June, Baldwins Gate Surgery will re-open for the collection of pre-ordered medications etc. These can be collected from the window to the right of the entrance door which will remain closed. As pre-lockdown, the hours of operation will be weekdays, 09.00 until noon.

Please remember social distancing rules if queuing occurs.

Prescriptions will revert to (usually) one month’s supply.

It will also be possible to leave prescriptions and other messages, requests etc. in the post box to the left of the entrance door.

Admittance into the building will only be available for those who have a prebooked appointment to see a clinician.
